Call to Register for jazzahead! Canada Stand 2020
In 2020, jazzahead! will celebrate its 15th edition from April 23 to 26. CIMA is excited to be heading back to Germany for Jazzahead! 2020 with Canada announced as the Partner Country! This year CIMA and CQM have partnered to merge the Quebec Stand and Canada Stand and will feature targeted business events during the trade show. This is a fantastic opportunity to access the 3rd largest worldwide music market with Jazzahead! welcoming 3,408 delegates and 25,000 visitors from 64 countries in 2019.
CIMA’s business package applications are now open. Please fill in the form below and companies will be invoiced separately once their business registration is complete. Canada Stand companies must be pre-registered with jazzahead! before signing up for CIMA’s business package. The fee to register with the Canada Stand at jazzahead! is $300 CAD for CIMA members (400$ for non-members).

1. To register for this the next jazzahead, please click here for the overview or directly on co-exhibitor registration form.
2. If you do not have an account with jazzahead! you must register as a new user first. If you already have an account from 2019, you can login directly.
3. The stand number of the umbrella stand “PC Canada” is “6C30” and the discount code JA20RC6LS can be entered in the last step just before payment. The price should be reduced to 135 € + 19% VAT.

jazzahead! Showcase Festival Apply Now!
From 5 September to 31 October 2019 bands and their representatives can apply for the jazzahead! showcase festival. Exhibitors, co-exhibitors or professional participants registered for all days of jazzahead! 2020 can submit their application via the jazzahead! website.
You’ll find more information about the terms and conditions here. Applications are possible for Canadian Night, European Jazz Meeting, German Jazz Expo und Overseas Night.
The showcase program during the world’s largest jazz branch meeting is comprised of a total of 40 short concerts selected by international juries. They consist of festival directors and club program executives. During these showcases, bands present themselves to registered trade visitors and visitors with concert tickets. The showcasing bands and artists will be announced at the end of January 2020.

5 September – 31 October 2019: showcase application phase
11 October 2019 early bird rate for professional participant registration ends
December 2019 announcement of the showcases to the selected bands
10 January 2020 second discount rate for professional participant registration ends
January 2020 official announcement of the showcases
10 March 2020 deadline guide entry & deadline for stand bookings
17 March 2020 deadline for ordering extra stand material (service handbook)
1 April 2020 online registration will close. Registration is possible on site (only for professional participants)
